Karin brings decades of experience in corporate governance, audit compliance, organizational leadership, and cross-cultural ministry. She studied at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Fuller Theological Seminary, focusing on missiology and church development in China. While at Gordon-Conwell, she worked for the Chair of Lausanne Movement and later as the Coordinator of J Christy Wilson Mission Center. She served five years in Hong Kong as Executive Director of an international church. Karin sits on the Board of Langham Foundation Hong Kong. She holds degrees in Information Systems, Professional Accounting, and Divinity.
